Contract

This document (including any modifications, changes and alterations from time to time by Indastro.com ) is an agreement between you & Indastro.com. Indastro.com is, hereinafter referred as the website.

Free Consent
You agree that by visiting / have visited the website you have accepted the various terms and conditions detailed in this document and the disclaimer section of the website fully. You undertake with a sound mind without any undue force, pressure or coercion, that you shall be bound by the terms of the website and the terms of the disclaimer. Term & Termination
This Agreement shall remain in full force when you use the website as a visitor or as a member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by informing indastro.com in writing. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees or access to content or reports purchased using Indastro.com . The website may terminate your access to the site and/or your membership for any reason which shall become effective upon sending a notice of termination to you at the email address you provide at the time of membership or later. The website is not liable to refund your unutilised fee or charges if the agreement is terminated due to a breach from your end.

The website can modify or delete any feature/ content at any time without a notice and without specifying a reason for it. The website also reserves the right to cancel or suspend your services at any moment without a notice or reason. On cancellation of service without due cause, or without specification of cause, the membership fee yet unutilized will be refunded solely on the discretion of the management of Indastro.com

The website is not to be used for any commercial reasons and endeavors unless approved as an 'affiliate' of the website. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to Indstro.com or otherwise. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the website will be investigated, and legal action shall be taken.

Place of Service
Since you are not registered under Goods & Service Tax Law in India and your current address is not available, thus the place of service is deemed as the place of supplier.

Online Payments
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Indastro.com services, contains the entire agreement between you and Indastro.com regarding the use of the website and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Any misuse of the site, or violation of the agreement terms may result in immediate cancellation of membership without any refund in membership fee or charges.
